SARRAH
Owner & Creative Director
An Arizona native with a love for beautiful spaces, meaningful connection, and destination-worthy details, Sarrah Gaboury is the visionary behind Imoni Events. With a background in design and logistics — and over a decade of experience planning weddings around the world — she leads with both heart and precision, bringing a calm presence and a sharp eye for detail to every event.
Sarrah’s passion lies in crafting experiences that go far beyond logistics. For her, exceptional planning is about more than beautiful timelines and flawless execution (though she loves both). It’s about understanding each couple’s story, anticipating their needs, and creating a celebration as intentional and joyful as the life they’re building together.
When she’s not designing events, you’ll find Sarrah spending time with her husband and two boys, enjoying a glass of wine during a cozy movie night, or squeezing in a workout followed by a fun happy hour with friends.
JAMIE
Senior Event Planner & Designer
Jamie’s passion is creating memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experiences for every client she works with. With over a decade of wedding planning experience, her warm personality and keen attention to detail allow each couple’s true love story to shine through authentically. Jamie embodies everything a wedding planning process should be: relaxed, personal, stress-free, and fun. Many of her past clients have gained not just a planner but a lifelong friend in Jamie.
After earning her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University with an emphasis in Special Event Management, Jamie spent four years traveling the world before returning to Arizona to pursue her wedding planning career. When she’s not planning unforgettable celebrations, Jamie enjoys discovering new dinner spots with her husband, exploring the beautiful Arizona outdoors, and spending quality time with her kids and their beloved pug, Abbie.
Danielle
Associate Planner & Designer
Danielle is an Arizona State University graduate and has been part of the wedding and events industry for over a decade. Her career began as a Private Events Coordinator, where she discovered her passion for creating seamless, memorable celebrations. A former Sun Devil Cheerleader, Danielle has traveled the country teaching cheer camps and even performed in the XLIX Super Bowl Halftime Show with Katy Perry.
She loves the excitement of wedding days and bringing every detail of her couples’ vision to life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four sons.
Torey
Associate Planner & Designer
Torey joined the Imoni Events team in 2015. Over the years, she’s fallen in love with every part of bringing a wedding to life - from the months of thoughtful planning and collaboration with vendors to the relationships built with couples and their families along the way. Her passion is in the details, thoughtfully bringing each one together while watching all of your favorite people gather in one place to celebrate your love.
Torey is known for anticipating what her couples need before they even have to ask, keeping everything moving seamlessly behind the scenes, and giving them the freedom to be fully present and enjoy every moment of their celebration.
Beyond the weddings and celebrations, you can find Torey at happy hour with her girlfriends, obsessing over her doodle, Georgie, or devouring the latest pick from her book club.
Megan
Senior Production Manager & Planner
Megan joined Imoni Events in 2008 as a college intern and has spent nearly two decades turning a lot of moving pieces into something that looks wonderfully simple. Over the years, she’s developed a particular talent for anticipating what’s next, keeping the details moving, and making sure the big picture always stays beautifully in focus.
With a background in interior design and a degree in business communications from Arizona State University, Megan brings a creative eye and a highly strategic approach to every event. She is a true planner’s planner—organized, proactive, and happiest when she knows what’s happening three steps from now. If there’s a timeline to build, a logistics puzzle to solve, or a Plan B that deserves a Plan C, Megan is in her element.
She runs a tight ship, but never wants it to feel that way. Her favorite kind of wedding day is one where every detail has been thoughtfully considered, every transition feels natural, and the couple has absolutely no idea how much went into making it all look so effortless. The goal is calm. The method is preparation. And Megan is happiest when the plan is working so well that nobody knows there was a plan at all.
Outside of weddings, Megan can be found practicing Pilates, country dancing, hosting dinner parties, planning her next trip, or starting a home project with the dangerous words, “How hard could it be?” She believes in being prepared, staying curious, and having a very good time along the way.
Avery
Event Assistant
Born and raised in Arizona, Avery is an Arizona State University graduate with a longtime love for weddings, events, and bringing people together. As an Event Assistant at Imoni Events, she loves being part of the behind-the-scenes details that bring each celebration to life and creating a seamless, memorable experience for our couples and their guests.
Outside of events, Avery is a barre instructor and loves staying active. In her free time, you can usually find her catching up with girlfriends over happy hour or discovering a new coffee shop around town.
