Monthly Archives: June 2008 Last summer NACE (the National Association of Catering Executives)started a table top and cake decorating competition. They called it the Event Elements Competition and it was super cool! Vendors from around the Valley all converged on the Pointe South Mountain (now Arizona Grand)to show brides, and others, there talents in table design and cake decor....  So I think I am going to make this a regular blog item. I get obsessed really easily, and it kind of controls my life (in some ways ;o). I am sure some of you can relate. Well, for those of you who didn’t follow my other blog, I am a complete American Idol fanatic....  Doesn’t this just sound like a blast?
